On the morning of January 21, the first fully intelligent green large plate production line of Shanggao Jinliyuan Ceramics was successfully ignited. It mainly produces 900×1800mm and 750×1500mm large plates with a daily production capacity of 16,000 square meters, becoming a Shanggao production area. It mainly produces 800×800mm full-body marble tiles with a daily production capacity of 50,000 square meters. It is planned to be put into production in March.
After the Spring Festival, Ruiyang Ceramics' newly built 750×1500mm large plate production line has been started, with a daily output of 20,000 square meters, and products will be released around the Lantern Festival.
It is understood that Gao'an's "centralized gas supply" project will be ignited to produce gas after the Lantern Festival. Therefore, many production lines will be ignited and put into operation in Gao'an Ceramics Base in March.. Kangerju Ceramics’ newly expanded antique brick production line is scheduled to be launched on March 6. The 600×1200mm large slab line has become the “standard configuration” for glazed tile companies in the Gaoan production area, while the 750×1500mm large slab is the upgrade target for mainstream companies in the production area. It is understood that the 750×1500mm large plate line started by Sun Ceramics at the end of last year is scheduled to be put into production in April, with a daily production capacity of 30,000 square meters.
